Exchange Policy


Your satisfaction is our priority. Our Exchange Policy below extends to all Lolly Dagger, Inc. (“LollyDagger”) products and merchandise purchased directly from LollyDagger.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to make an exchange of unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn products and merchandise.

If the new product selected is less than the cost of the original exchanged product, the difference will be credited to your credit card used for the original purchase.

If the new product selected is greater in cost of the original exchanged product, the amount will be charged to the credit card used for your original purchase.

Your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post any refund to your account. This time frame can vary based on bank processing times.

Shipping costs and surcharges will not be refunded. You’ll be charged shipping for the new product.

Clearance sales are final and no exchanges will be accepted.

To start your exchange, please e-mail us at exchanges@lollydagger.com with the following information:

  • Customer Name
  • Return Address
  • Order Number
  • Product(s) Returned
  • Reason for Exchange

We will ship the new product(s) within 3 - 5 days after receiving the exchange.

Some exclusions apply and we reserve the right to deny claims.
