Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.  Our Return Policy below extends to all Lolly Dagger, Inc. (“LollyDagger”) products and merchandise purchased directly from LollyDagger.

You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to make a return of unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unworn products and merchandise. Your refund will post to the credit card you used for the purchase. Your credit card company may take up to ten (10) additional business days to post the refund to your account. This time frame can vary based on bank processing times.

Clearance sales are final and no returns will be accepted.  

To start your return, please e-mail us at returns@lollydagger.com with the following information:

• Customer Name
• Return Address
• Order Number
• Product Returned
• Reason for Return

We will e-mail you a return label to attach to your package.

Shipping costs and surcharges will not be refunded.  If the return is our fault, we will cover this charge.
